I'm a surfer, entrepreneur, NLP-certified mindset coach, and a storyteller, based in Siargao Island, Philippines.

I took pride on building a healthy life, of freedom, and independence, until a medical crisis and an autoimmune diabetes diagnosis forced me to pause and confront my own limits.

For a long time, I’ve tied up my identity as a high achiever and an adventurer, thinking there is more to conquer in life. But the wisdom of almost-death taught me to slow down and stay still- and focus on sustainable growth rather than intensity or speed.

Today, my goal is to just become more human, in work and life- - a daughter to my parents, a sister, a friend, a member of the community, and a believer of God.
